You Did Not Receive the Account Activation Email 

Check your JunkMail folder for the email. If you still have not received it, contact us and we will manually activate your account for you. 

Uploaded Video File Naming

The video you intend to upload should not have any spaces or special characters in the file name. An acceptable format would be something like "myvideo.avi" and not "my video.av" or "my_video.avi".

Error Messages During or After Uploading, Video not displaying

If you experience an error message during or after uploading a video, or while viewing a video, this means the server might be experiencing a heavy load. Please, try it again in a few minutes. If the problem persists, contact us.  We can manually add your video for you.  If you receive any kind of error message at any time, please let us know what you were doing at the time the error occured as well as the error message so that we may look into, and correct the issue.

Ensure that the file you are attemping to upload is not larger than the alloted file size (100 Megabytes).

Only a few Seconds of a Video are Showing

This happens during an interruption of the conversion process. If you experience this, try uploading your video again. If the problem persists, contact us, and we can add your video manually.
